Robin SharmaChairman and Founder

His work has been published in over 62 countries and in nearly 75 languages, making him one of the most widely read authors in the world. He shot to fame with The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, which has topped international bestseller lists and sold over 4,000,000 copies. Robin is the founder of Sharma Leadership International Inc., a training firm with only one focus: helping people in organizations Lead Without a Title.

Clients comprise of many of the FORTUNE 500 including Microsoft, GE, NIKE, FedEx and IBM. Organizations such as NASA, IMD Business School, Yale University and The Young President's Organization are also SLI clients.

Robin is a former litigation lawyer who holds two law degrees including a Masters of Law (Dalhousie Law School).

Grahame GerstenbergCEO

Grahame has over 20 years' experience in developing training and facilitation businesses, specializing in developing the leadership attitude and capability of CEOs, executives and people from all walks of life.

Grahame regularly hosts leadership.and learning events in Australia and internationally, and has delivered Lead Without A Title (LWT) programs for clients throughout the world.

Grahame's primary focus is on building world-class relationships: with LWT clients globally and with our incredible team of LWT Facilitators, so we can continue to deliver an exceptional experience for every participant in every class we deliver.

When not travelling to explore opportunities to grow the LWT Global Movement, Grahame lives in rural Australia with his soul mate and Chief Hugging Officer, Danette.

Danette Fenton-MenziesChief Learning Officer

Danette has over 20 years’ experience in training, coaching and facilitation. She has been a fan of Robin Sharma’s work ever since she first read The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari in 1998.

With clients across the globe, Danette is a lifelong learner who has worked in leadership roles in private and government sectors. She believes that growing more leaders at every level is essential for helping organizations and their people to thrive. Having seen firsthand how much impact the Lead Without A Title program has on participants and their leadership capabilities, Danette is grateful to be part of this life-changing program.

Danette and Grahame have five beautiful children and live in rural Australia in the house that her grandfather spent 10 years building (so he could marry her grandmother). Her grandparents and parents were her first real experiences of leaders without titles.

Danette is a Chartered Accountant, CPA and Executive Coach to Global CEOs.

LWT FACULTY

Pavan Bakshi, Certified LWT Master Facilitator

Pavan Bakshi, Colonel (Veteran), PMP, RCS Certified Executive Coach has a work experience of 30 years and wide expertise in the domain of Operations, Projects, Supply Chain Management, Business Development and Training.

Pavan is a certified trainer from Army War College, Military College of Telecom Engineering and has been a trainer in the prestigious Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. During his career with the Indian Army that spanned over 20 years, he has been involved in handling various national level crisis interventions.

In corporate life, Pavan has worked in prestigious Indian and multinational organizations – in national and leadership positions. He has been instrumental in the areas of business growth, managing transition, merger and acquisitions and in establishing and managing new business streams.

Pavan is certified to facilitate the LEAD WITHOUT A TITLE (LWT) SYSTEM™ in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. 

Pavan has been a Principle Consultant Facilitator and Executive Coach with Neuroleadership Group, India and South Asia. He has facilitated curriculums on coaching conversation skills for leaders/managers, performance leadership programs, building a leadership pipeline and creating coaching cultures in organisations. He has also been certified and conducted “Intensive Coach Trainings” enabling participants to be certified as coaches with “Results Certificate of Coaching Skills” – a certification accredited by ICF.

Pavan is an executive coach and specialises in the field of performance, growth, leadership, crisis, transition and change management .His coaching experience spans from coaching senior executives in leadership positions in multinational companies to large Indian corporate organisations.

He has facilitated trainings in IBM, TAFE, Ericsson, Kodak Life Insurance, ING Life, M & M Finance, Sundaram Finance, Godrej, Mastek, Tata Capital, GAIL, Advisory Board, Citrix India and Singapore, Ranbaxy, EMC, Broadcom, Syntel, Akzo Nobel, HP, Target, British Gas, Cairns India, Sri Lanka Telecom, EMC, Glenmark , Samsung ,Mercer, CBRE, JCB, Baxter, among many other companies.

Pavan has completed his B Tech (Telecom and Electronics), Masters in Strategy and Executive PG from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Heather Arthur, Certified LWT Master Facilitator

With over 17 years of call centre management experience, Heather Arthur is a high-energy, passionate, and hands-on executive at Rogers Communications.

As Director of Business Care, Heather supports a team of over 1200 employees across Canada in the business-to-business sector. With expertise ranging from strategic operational planning, performance coaching and leadership development, Heather inspires her team to consider every problem as an opportunity and loves challenging her team to do the right thing for customers, employees and shareholders.

Heather has proven results in creating a thriving corporate culture rooted in building solid relationships and motivating her team to generate significant bottom-line contributions. Driven by the philosophy to make it happen, Heather uses transformational language and techniques along with her background as a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach to help her team reach their highest potential.

As a Master Facilitator for the Lead Without A Title program, Heather’s ultimate goal is to unlock the boundless creativity within all organizations and too activate the leader that exists in all of us. Heather has guided hundreds of individuals through the Lead without Title program, making it possible for every participant to achieve their highest potential in life and in business.

Heather is very proud to be part of the LWT facility team that is creating a massive ripple effect around the world by helping companies stand out in their industries by leading without a title.

Amit Seth, Certified LWT Facilitator

Amit Seth, M.Acc, C.A., CPA – Graduated from the University of Waterloo, Masters of Accountancy program and is a Chartered Accountant.

Amit has been part of the LWT faculty since 2013.

He is a former Business Advisory Group/Tax Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing services to clients such as Prismz Food Brands, Cineplex, Cara Foods, CNL Hotels and Prime Restaurants.

At 27, Amit left PWC and become one of the youngest Tim Hortons franchisees in the company’s history. Amit has always loved aspects of the Hospitality and Restaurant service industry and has grown up in it.  Amit founded Saisethsons Hospitality Group Inc., which owns, operates or consults multi- restaurant locations and is an inspiration, resource person and a mentor for over 400 employees.

Amit has developed in-house training tools and systems with the objective to enhance, measure, and promote positive work cultures and enhanced hospitality. Further, as part of his consulting endeavours Amit is also a continuing lecture of the University of Waterloo, School of Accounting. His course Business Management in North America is taken by over 1100 first year Accounting and Business students at the University.

Amit has also received an Award of Distinction in 2009 awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario to recognize the “brightest” young professionals within the Designations. This award is given once every 3 years, and Amit is one of 6 people in the entire province to receive it.
